I frequently get asked for the recipes of items I've brought to parties and such. I feel very honored when asked, but it does get tiring writing them out over and over. I thought it'd be much easier to just include them on my site and give out the address! So for all of you that have asked, and even for those who haven't, here are some of my special recipes! Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Cornflake Bars

1 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. chunky peanut butter
6 c. corn flakes

1. In heavy pan, combine first 3 ingredients.
2. Bring to boil over med-high heat, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and add in peanut butter, mixing well.
4. Stir in corn flakes.
5. Press into large pan, such as a jelly roll pan. I spread on a sheet of heavy-duty foil. Let cool to room temperature. Cut into desired size squares after cooled.
