Chocolate Shell Ice Cream Topping1 cup Chocolate Chips -6 oz-
1/2 stick Butter or Margarine
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Melt chips and butter together using a double boiler. Add oil when melted. Stir until completely mixed. Dispense over cold ice cream. Will set into a hard shell.
This is a one-time use as the whole batch will cool and harden. You can store covered and cooled in the refrigerator and melt using the microwave oven for up to 2 weeks.
