My name is Lucy, and I have been helping others and fixing "puters" for several years.  I run my own small business in central Massachusetts that I call "In Home Computer Services".  Just as its name implies, I go to people's homes (within a reasonable distance, of course!), and for a very small fee, help them out with their computer problems right where they are (you can Ask me! if I'm available in your area).  Whether it's an upgrade, repair, particular problem or just plain old general instruction, I'm always happy to help.

My goal is to make people's computer experiences much happier ones, and help them understand and use their systems to enhance their lives.   I'm always updating this whole site, so please visit again soon for new help, hints and more!
